In memory of Oleg,
the big Thoroughbred gelding who stole my heart
...then broke it.

This sweet filly was born of a rescue mare that was headed to slaughter. She was already owned by the killers when Sunscape Equine Rescue made an offer to save the life of the heavily pregnant mare and her unborn filly. The mare and foal are both now in excellent homes, no longer in any danger.
